Urban Acupuncture is fully licensed and in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. However, acupuncture coverage varies among insurance carriers and plans - so allow us to verify your benefits. After you schedule your consultation or initial visit simply complete the forms included in your appointment confirmation email and we can go over your coverage details at your appointment.

If Urban Acupuncture is out of network or you have Aetna or United Healthcare you will need to pay upfront. We will provide you the necessary receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, to meet your deductible, or towards your Flex Spending or Health Savings accounts.

For any insurance plan, you can use your Flex Spending or Health Savings cards to pay for services.
